Voting deadline: July 2577
Description[?]:
Maintaining of forensic DNA records database would make things a lot easier for our police and justice system. DNA database should be strictly confidential, but used in investigation of crime. This already exists, all convicted criminals have a police file, now the DNA data should be added. RDF thinks it's a great improvement. |

Random fact: Cultural Protocol bills must provide a real-life equivalent or short description for the ethnic groups, languages and religions contained in them, such that it would be easy for an unfamiliar player to understand (e.g. "Dundorfian = German"). Where appropriate, they should also provide guidance to players on where to find help with translations and character names. This might include, for example, links to Google Translate, Behind the Name's Random Name Generator and Fantasy Name Generators. |
Random quote: "John Burroughs has stated that experimental study of animals in captivity is absolutely useless. Their character, their habits, their appetites undergo a complete transformation when torn from their soil in field and forest. With human nature caged in a narrow space, whipped daily into submission, how can we speak of its potentialities?" - Emma Goldman |
