MessageOther than the change on the stance on charter schools, we can not agree with any of this bill. While not a fan of big government, not allowing for there to be public higher education institutes can take away the chance for people to go on to higher learning schools. And not regulating private schools make no sense to us. To ensure the future of our nation we must be sure private schools are teaching the basic skills needed to survive and advance our society.

MessageWe don't think it's the governments place to interfere in Higher Education. Universities should be independant of state control to ensure the best education for the people of Indrala. The Universities would not cease to exist, they would simply pass under the control of trusts and other private organisation.

As for the point about Private Schools. We do not feel they should be "heavily" regulated, heavily being the all important word. If the government is deciding their curriculum and teaching methods for them, then the point of having a private alternative is entirely lost. Many parents aren't happy with state schools and want a different type of education for their children, they should be afforded that option.

MessageIf we had our way, there would be no such concpet of elitist private education, benefitting the wealthy and weakenning state education through a stretch of resources. Save the first article, this bill aims to do just that. You've seen the budget - the money is going to good use. Don't deprive people of equal education.
