| The Hutori Liberal-Royalist Party (L) propose to adjust the government's income tax policy to better address the economic situation of the Confederation. An extra bracket is introduced to cover half the median income and above, and marginal rates on the two existing brackets are increased slightly. This is to anticipate on increased welfare spending. |
