Description[?]:

This bill would allow the Armed Forces of Gaduridos to establish JROTC (Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps) programs in public schools of its choosing. These programs would be headed by a retired officer and 1 or more retired NCOs. JROTC programs would stress leadership skills, drill and ceremonies, physical fitness and military tactics and strategy. The programs would be voluntary and available to all students who pass a Physical Fitness Test. Students that wish to join a JROTC program, but attend schools that do not offer the program, can switch schools to attend one in their area.
