Bill: Disaster Relief Provision #35 - Military Assistance

Details

Submitted by[?]: Liberale Partij (L)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 2593

Description[?]:

The Athlorcaean Liberal Party believes that, in the event of a national emergency, local or national governments should be granted the authority to call upon our national military to assist the civilian government. This means troops can be deployed in the event of major environmental disasters or out-of-control football rioting, but only if the police itself is not up to the task.

MessageWell, you never know with zombie upsurges. The military is obviously more effective in fighting them.

Random fact: "Game mechanics comes first." For example, if a currently-enforced bill sets out one law, then a player cannot claim the government has set out a contradictory law.
