BE IT ENACTED by a majority vote of the Keymon Assembly, let it be resolved that:
1) All industry shall be immediately seized by the State to be operated by the State.

2) That the State shall be formed into a corporation. There shall be one hundred million shares of stock that shall compose ownership of the state. Seventy-five million shares shall be granted to Her Royal Highness the Grand Duchess of Keymon, Princess Regent of Maddog, Lord Protector of Monkey, Countess of Karzon, Queen Mary Leigh Jorsett, and she shall become the Chief Executive Officer.

3) The Grand Duchy of Keymon, should the resolution be enacted by at least a two-thirds majority vote, shall be renamed to the Keymon Corporation.

4) Chief Executive Officer Mary Leigh Jorsett shall then become responsible for acting as Chairman of the Board as well as Chief Executive Officer.

5) The Keymon Assembly shall then be renamed to the Shareholders Commission. To be eligible for election as a member of the Shareholders Commission, one must own at least ten thousand shares in the Keymon Corporation. The Shareholders Commission shall act as a legislative body, and only citizens may become members of the Shareholders Commission.

6) To be eligible for citizenship in the Keymon Corporation, a person must be able to pass a citizenship examination, which shall require a demonstration of comprehensive knowledge of politics and economics. The examination shall also consist of a psychological examination, which shall test (i) the loyalty to the Chief Executive Officer, (ii) the loyalty to the Corporation, and (iii) the sanity of the individual in question. To take the citizenship examination, one must: (a) pay a testing fee of 100,000 KED, (b) own at least five thousand shares in the Keymon Corporation, and (c) have earned at least a four-year degree of higher education.

7) All mayors, now to be named executive managers, shall be appointed under direct oversight of the Chief Executive Officer.

8) All property within the borders of Keymon shall now belong to the Keymon Corporation. All residents shall have to pay rent to the Keymon Corporation to live on the land. The Keymon Corporation may, at any time, choose to evict any resident for any reason without compensation.

Unfortunately, because elections are soon, I had no choice but to put this bill to vote now, despite it being late Friday. If it were a regular weekend with no upcoming elections, I would not put a bill to vote over the weekend. Especially a bill as large as this one.
