Message | Hmmm Can't support 1 because it violates free speech, but I can definately support 2 and 5 in a separate bill |

Message | Actually, we feel that there is a justified limit on advertising. Advertising helps only corporations and people trying to relieve themselves of their property. It is specifically designed to make people buy things that they probably shouldn't buy (if they should buy them, the seller shouldn't need to advertise). In other words, we feel it is legitimate to deny corporations rights because corporations are not citizens, and therefore have no rights. Corporations should accept the privilege of doing business in Kalistan and the regulations that go along with that. Therefore, while I know we offered to separate out the advertising clause, we have decided that instead, we will include a disclaimer in the description to protect advertising by individual citizens, and apply Article 1 only to corporations and businesses, which do not posses free speech. |
