An Act to prevent and contain terrorism and other transnational crimes by perfoming standard security checks before a passport for travelling abroad is issued and by performing standard border controls.

Addendum 1:
The Federal Chancellor, upon the consultation of the Ministers responsible, may decide to apply stricter border control and/or security checks in the case of an emergency, however, such state of increased alertness may not exceed a period of seven days without the authorisation of the Federal Parliament.
