MessageI have Increased the following durastically for the following purposes:

-Infrastructure: our roads must be in perfect condition, and our buildings should be safe for use.
-Justice: We want to crack down on crime like never before.
-Defense: We should have a strong standing military incase of foreign attack.
-Health: We would like to invest more in preventive health care so that the demand on the system (whether it be public, private or mixed) is reduced.
-Education: If we can run a good system of public schools for the youth and scholarships for the successful, we will have a good future of competitive workers in all areas.

We also increased the Head of governments pay becuase he is doing such a good job. =P

MessageThis is perposterous.
With the advent of this bill, we, the Libertarian Party, hereby activate our Militia within our lands.
I, Judas Mulderrig, have ordered the militia to occupy the provinces of Magadonia and Loren in protest, as well as a march on Clearwater.
I have two large battlegroups of ships off the coast as well as patrols.

Consider this an official protest by the party. We will not abide by the new tax, will not pay it, and will not allow it.

MessageUnfortunately we will have to cross the bench on our good conservative allies in regards to this budget.
We do not believe in big spending budgets, especially big spending federal budgets. We do not want to increase the size of the welfare state, but quite the opposite - we want to reduce it until all areas of spending apart from military and perhaps justice are left to local governments almost exclusively.
This is a big spending budget, and a budget that we unfortunately cannot support on several grounds. Firstly, because we want to reduce the size of the federal welfare state. Secondly, because the citizens have a right to minimal taxation, and the government has a responsibility to spend only for the bare essentials. Thirdly, because this budget may have an untold and damaging effect to the economy and on inflation.
In general, we can never support a federal budget increase of any nature for the above reasons. Therefore, we cannot support this budget proposal.

We would, however, like to speak to the recent actions ofthe Libertarian Party. We feel that instigating civil war is rash and unnecessary over something as trivial as a disagreement with legislation. The way to solve these disputes is through parliament, and through the democratic process and diplomatic means - not through violence. Those who achieve their political ends through violence have no legitimacy in a democratic state. Furthermore, as this bill will not pass now that we have voted against it, the Libertarian Party's concerns are no more. We hope that the Libertarian Party will be sensible and opt for resolving these political disputes in the democratic arena - not with aggression, and we would have thought that a Libertarian Party could have appreciated these values.

MessageWe'd like to note again, we've had no violence. Nor are we attempting to instigate a civil war.
We are simply protecting our rights from what we believe is an illegal treading upon of our rights and liberty.

We've noted otherwise vastly, and again remind, that we are not acting in aggression nor violence.

We must clarify that to occupy simply means to have troops present.
We are simply upholding our rights and our social contract.

And with the failure of this vast spurious spending, it is with our gratitude towards the sensible spending Reform party for seeing the folly of such spending.

In further note of these ends, please see our official statement in the debate forum for the Tax Cut act.

Random fact: Don't vote yes on a cabinet coalition that doesn't give you the power that you deserve.
