Proposed: The government does not fund or manage museums. This is left to the private sector.

Old value:: The government is responsible for waste disposal.
Current: Private companies are responsible for disposing of their own waste. The government disposes of residential waste.

Message | This would be better suited for the museums - "The national government provides local governments with the funding to operate museums." I'll vote no, just to maintain a voting record, but for the most part, I don't mind it being that less government involvement in museums leaves freedom of expression to the curators and artists.. |
