MessageImproving the quality of communication networks by providing services free of charge? There are no references for the outcome of that solution.

our party offers a couple of solutions to that problem:

1.) Public communication should be in the hands of private companies, that is the major initiate to improve the quality of those services. Competition leads towards low prices and high quality providers.

2.) Appropriate a larger sum for infrastructure on our next budget.

MessageHow about "The state subsidizes the phone service of low income families but does not regulate the rates providers can charge for phone service."?

My attempts to increase the budget ended with nothing being decided.

Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed).
