Bill: Devolution of Environmental and Hunting Policy
Details
Submitted by[?]: Dranland First Party (CC)
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 2608
Description[?]:
The Reform Party believes policies regarding hunting and the environment should be the sole jurisdiction of local governments, without intervention from the federal government. These are not issues of national concern, and may vary drastically in nature between different states - it is, therefore, appropriate that these policies be dealt with at a local level, where they are more relevant to the particularities of the communities concerned. |

Current: The government requires tree plantation at higher than replacement levels for all logging or clearance operations.

Article 3
Proposal[?] to change The government's stance on whaling.
