Description[?]:
To recognize the right to basic sustenance for every citizen. That depriving an individual the means of feeding his/herself is a form of coercion that threatens the citizen to compliance in one-sided business and political agreements under the threat of indirectly losing his/her life. Furthermore, that hunger has documented physiological effects on the judgments and perceptions of humans, influencing their decision-making proccesses in irrational, undesirable ways. That to ensure an individual is making decisions of its own free-will we must ensure his/her right to the means to sustain his/her life in the context of a society based on the ideals and legitimacy of private property. BALANCING this new right by holding adulthood to the same requirements we demand of all potential citizens: a test. |

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
