| Message | 7 Has to be restored. That stands for part of the Causes of Abortion Reduction Act (COARA) a long-standing agreement. Basically, that position symbolizes that pregnant women are protected from hate crimes, and that it is illegal to force or coerce someone to have an abortion. |
