| This bill asserts that all individuals are innocent until proven guilty under the laws of United Jakania, and all citizens and foreign nationals accused of comitting a crime and tried within United Jakania have the right to a competent and thorough legal defence in situations they would otherwise be unable to afford one, should they grant their concent to such a defence. |
