| [For those who have not been on the forum, 10,000 members of the Peoples Republican Army (A Beluzian Malitia group) have been at the border to attempts to get into Rutania. Many have gotten through, but now the government needs to join them...thus this bill.] This government officially declares war with the Government of Rutania, to free and liberate its people from an agressive anti-democratic government. (We have recieved many threats from them in the past, they got people to vote against our Olympic bid, and they fail to comply with a new peace treaty. They are anti-Beluzian, and are a threat to the democracy of Beluzia, so in defence we must wage war.) |

| Message | It was said on the forum the last time you and/or (can't remember) BCP decided to rp a war. The Rutanians didn't want it. Until war is established in the game there's no point to attempting to have one. |
