| In the light of new Feynport program of RDF, and new Five-percent program of RDF, which decreases spending of Commonwealth government, we propose new health care system, organized as follows: Clinics, Private Doctor's Offices <--> Health Insurance Agencies (private) <--> Central Health Insurance Registry (private) <--> Health care Fund (state owned, for those who cannot afford private health care) All health insurance should be private, there should be private ambulances and hospitals, central registry or registries will take care that all citizens are insured, and health care fund (owned by the Commonwealth, but operated independently) will fund health care for all citizens who are not clients of other health insurance agencies.
