You may have some scruples about this, but I am willing to bet that some of your friends on the right don't have those same feelings. For example, I'm willing to bet that if the SRC got offered the seats we offered you here, they would take it. you can either be in the government or be out of it. Either way, I'm totally willing to make a deal with whatever right wing Party that will take it. If you don't want to be Chancellor, that is your choice. I see you have already voted against the bill, but it isn't too late to change your vote. It's not too late to accept a less than optimal result right now as opposed to being forced to accept a totally undesirable one later on. |
