Bill: Police and Criminal Law Reform Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Dranland First Party (CC)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 2644

Description[?]:

The One Nation Party feel that it is vital that our police officers and our criminal justice system are allowed the necessary powers required in order to establish and maintain justice and social order. Too many restrictions on the powers of police is simply an impediment on justice.
The reforms in this legislation aim to ensure that police are allowed the powers necessary to serve and protect the citizens of Dranland, and to pursue justice.
