MessageJee-won Yoo, Social Biologist for the Beluzian Center of Embryonic Studies in Parlos Decina:

The Double-headed eagle does not exist. We do not believe in using mythological animals to represent our nation. We need to be on the same page as the modern world and use an animal that exists or existed in the scientific world.

We must also remember that the ficticious double-headed eagle may not be representative of every citizen, particularly minorities in Beluzia.
