MessageWe apologize to the KDL and the Reform Party. Very sorry :(
but this is an emergency.
We need to make it perfectly clear that the reckless Democratic Party speak for nobody but themselves, and most definitely do not speak for Kirlawa as a whole. A new cabinet, no longer including them, can hopefully assist in doing so.

We wish we could include KDL and Reform Party. You two have done absolutely nothing wrong, and do not warrant being removed from the ruling coalition.
However, KDL haven't logged in for two and a half OOC days now, so if we included KDL, this might not pass, and it is very important that it does pass, for the above reason.
As for Reform, from past experiences we've learned that DFM strongly dislike cabinets with large numbers of parties, so a four-party government out of six might be too large for DFM to accept. Likewise, DFM might not appreciate excluding the Republicans, who are pretty close to DFM ideologically, plus OOC the Republicans appear to log in more frequently than Reform.

Sorry again everyone :(
but after nightmarish recent developments, and the Democratic Party's foolhardy challenges brashly thrown around on the forum, the very survival of our Kirlawa is at stake. We can certainly look to rearrange cabinets in the future, but for now let's please make sure we get one that will at least preserve the peace.

MessageLooks like he's pressing one of his inactive parties into service, in order to try to play Jekyll and Hyde with it. >:(

From the party description page of party 10172, as it stands at the moment that I'm writing this (although he'll probably change the affiliations as soon as he sees this) :

This party is inactive.

From the current party description page of party 10402 (please note the "Endralon" part) :

The Democratic Party is founded on the pride of the Republic of Kirlawa

Founded: Lisa Sanchez (January 2650)
Party HQ: 353 Oakdale Dr. Telon, Nuchtmark Province
Party Leader: AJ Brown (Former President of the Republic of Endralon)
Leader in the General Assembly: Representative Tom Brennan of Nuchtmark Province
Seats In General Assembly: 83
Presidents: N/A

Now let's look at Endralon's election of 2637. Check the elected president's name, and then click on his party:

Finally, let's take two bills, one in Endralon with a comment by party 10172, the other in Kirlawa with a comment by party 10402:

I've never seen anybody else, on Particracy or elsewhere, with this idiosyncrasy of jarringly misspelling the word "deregulate" as "D-Regulate". Not a problem in itself of course, but it is more evidence that the two parties are by the same player.

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
