Message | No tanks or cruise missiles against standard firearms for our police. There is a sensible compromise. |

Message | Big, big, big, big, big time no. My militia's tanks and cruise missiles aren't for the police, they're for this government if it decides to bend us over and grease us up for penetration. |

Message | We are not necessarily opposed to article 1, but, as a whole, this legislation would infringe on an important, constitutionally protected right, and as such, it will be met with nothing but stiff resistance. |

Message | ABSOLUTEY NOT. Our miltia stands by and is ready to refuse to give up an liberties encroached upon by miltech. And to demand it back by use of arms if neccessary. |

Message | I think we can reason on this issue, ONP, as we are both for sensible controls (especially article 1). We also see article 2 as an extension of this sentiment: only those responsible enough should be allowed to conceal and carry. Again, an armed responsible citizen is a great asset, while those incapable or emotionally unstable are a huge liability for our police forces. Article 3 makes it so law is upheld, regardless of a fringe group's might. If there were a sizeable communist 'militia' with suitcase nukes perhaps the other parties would think twice. |

Message | We could support article 1 in a seperate piece of legislation, perhaps. Article 2, however, is unfavourable. Article 3 we are undecided on - we would be able to support it if the types of firearms citizens can and cannot own were defined, and provided these limits were not too severe. For example, we do not feel that it is at all unreasonable to restrict the right of individuals to own nuclear weapons, bombs and tanks, or other weapons of a similar callibre, if they somehow managed to obtain them. We do, however, believe that the individual's right to bear arms should extend to all hand-held firearms, including fully-automatic. This is simply a case of where we can draw the line - we could support article 3 if the limitations were consistent with our ideas of what an individual should and should not be allowed to carry. We will abstain from voting on this legislation, even though it will pass regardless of our vote. |

Message | I will continue to carry my weapons without getting any 'permit' to defend myself. And if anybody tries to take them, I will shoot them. The same goes for my militiamen; the same goes for my party. JRM |

Message | Likewise with me and my party, and our citizens militia. |
