Message | Why would the left party members vote yes the new democratic party have two cabinet spots in this one. While in the existing cabinet they have 3 so they ca loose a spot and join a coalition that goes against his idoelogy. Plus this bill has failed. And yes it is more right then the existing cabinet do you not agree? |

Message | You asked why they would agree this? Maybe because this isn't a right-wing cabinet! However, thanks for pointing out that cabinet spots are the most important factor for so called left-wing parties. |

Message | Socialism/Communism is far left captialism is around the centre. This is a centre government so it is more right-wing cabinet then the existing got that!? I never said that i just assumed that any party would take a position where they got more power and didnt have to abanonded thier ideology for it, which the existing cabinet provides. Unlike this cabinet which is a vain attempt to use the communist party as pawns in order to get your propsals through. Have i enlightned you yet or are you still not realising that your a idoit. |

Message | On further review, we feel that it would be more productive for the FFP to remain in the opposition than to join a cabinet such as this, even if it were to pass. We appreciate the YP's attempt at bipartisanship, but we will vote no as well. |

Message | Further discussion is probably pointless but I just have to respond to the attacks. The number of cabinet spots is not the issue, but rather that we are being asked to displace a completely left-wing cabinet and introduce some capitalist ones. It is frankly doubly insulting: first, that the proposers of this cabinet think the NDP's principles are for sale, and second, that they think the price is so low. |
