Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

| Rename Deltaria to "Staré Czárske Deltársko". With the passage of this bill, Stephen P. Kennedy VII, all other members of the Kennedy family, and members of the pro-Kennedy cabinet, shall no longer be citizens of Deltaria. Should they attempt to enter Deltaria, the Border Troops are authorized to turn them back. If any of them are still in Deltaria, they should be turned in to the Okhranka immediately; a large bounty will be paid. Deltaria is hereby declared to be in a "Process of National Reorganization". For the duration of the Process of National Reorganization, the patriotic Deltarian parties shall be allowed to ignore any part of any law which has not been proclaimed by Czár Ladislav I (may he live forever) as inviolable. The new Cabinet shall consist of five members from each patriotic Deltarian party. All Cabinet members other then the Vel'kovojvoda shall have the title of "Minister of State of Deltaria". Otokar Cvetkov shall be given the power to supervise the Okhranka and the railway system. Long Live Deltársko! SLAVA! |
