Bill: Liberal Union Centralization Act V - Waste Disposal
Details
Submitted by[?]: Mouvement des Conservateurs
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 2124
Description[?]:
Fellow members of the National Forum, The Liberal Union has a strong preference in centralizing all legislative power to a national unitary government so that local authorities are only in charge of issues like culture & administrative affairs. The fifth issue is about regulations concerning waste disposal. We propose have it handled by the private sector, not having private companies dispose of their own waste but give special enterprises, specialized in waste disposal, a change to develop in this branche. Waste disposal can be a seperate economical sector with an opening for many jobs and possibilities. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Waste disposal responsibility.
Old value:: It is the responsibility of local governments to decide on waste disposal regulation.
Current: It is the responsibility of local governments to decide on waste disposal regulation.
Proposed: Waste disposal is left entirely to the private sector and is unregulated.
