| Due to an aggresstion shown by the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu aganist the Pontesian's Special Administrative Region of Nantashem, Y'Seah, and Givat Aliyah by an attempt to pass the bill to authorize the invasion of the region. http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=232861 The Pontesian Commenwealth hereby demands an immedeate halt on all military operation by Beitenyu government and an immedeate withdrawl from all area around the Protectorate. Failure to comply to our demand will result in a full scale war aganist Beitenyu. Article 1. AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF PONTESIAN ARMED FORCES. The President is authorized to use the Armed Forces of the Pontesian Commonwalth as he determines to be necessary and appropriate in order to— (1) defend the national security of the Pontesian Commonwealth against the continuing threat posed by Beitenyu; and (2) enforce all relevant Agreement regarding the Protectorate. |
