Description[?]:
The Holy Luthori Empire will be allowing us to use any Military force that we feel is needed to protect and take back what is rightfully ours. - Holy Knights of St. Richard "We do not appreciate the obvious intent of violence from this band of Crusading dogs, and like the training of any pack of dogs, we must make an example of its unruly behaviour. The Luthorians have made it perfectly clear they intend to wage war in their "New Jerusalem"- so lets at least make it sporting." -Nesi HaMedina Joshua ben Eliezer Article 1: HaHoma Moshava (or New Jerusalem) is to be placed under military rule. Article 2: The military shall be given free reign to keep the peace, though will be required to follow any and all executive orders from the Nesi HaMedina or the Minister of Defence. |

Message | "A message to all Mas'a Tzlav Kélev, You have come blundering into a foreign land, one who's ways you display your ignorance of. Grandiose statements and ignorant threats will not get you far here. This is our land- making threats and boasts of how you will tear it and the Jews apart will only be paid for in your blood. You may gain the upper hand, however temporarily, but even the we would suggest humility, because in the end you will leave, and we shall always remain. How we choose to deal with "New Jerusalem" after its brief day of existence will be directly related to how we are treated on this day. Choose your words and actions more carefully in future." -Nesi HaMedina Joshua ben Eliezer |

Message | OOC: You already had it under Military rule; our government for it has been in exile since the War of Luthori Succession. IC: It is such a shame, that allies must fight a war, but considering that it was you that betrayed us in the first place by taking our lands during our civil War must not go unpunished. You forget, that not even your Squibble Colonies will be safe. We rule the Namvietian Empire, the Domains of New Alduria, and by our Emperor, Henry I, we rule over 1/4th of Terra. If you dare to instigate even one harm against any of our people any longer, than I will authorize the movement of troops into this nation. As of now, I simple have command of them, but if you think that your one nation can stand up against the "Mother" of all Empires, the nation that is the the founder and the protector of more nations in Terra than any other will give in any longer to your occupation of our lands is dead wrong!!! This is not a warning for us, but for you. Back down before I change my mind and have the Imperial Forces of Luthori march into these lands and make this entire nation remember why it was fortunate to have us as their allies for so long. -Field Marshal Noventa (Nathanial Noventa) Chief of the Luthori Imperial General Staff Foreign Minister of Luthori Headmaster of The Holy Knights of St. Richard |

Message | OOC: No, we didn't. We've had it under two different forms of civilian rules since we took it over. To us your government in exile would obviously be seen as illegitimate and we have our own which actually run things. IC: "Mas'a Tzlav Kélev, you are an odd creature. You have threatened to wage war there, yet you complain when we respond to this threat by having our army in place? If you are now making more threats, we will respond in turn." -Nesi HaMedina Joshua ben Eliezer |

Message | OOC: Unless you can show me those bills of civilian rule, I have this last post on the matter of you guys having it under military rule. The last news report on it. http://www.takeforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9460&start=0&mforum=particracy I was the Emperor of Alduria at the time, and we were at War so, we let it go. Now as the Emperor of both Alduria and Luthori, and many other nations, I have come to take it back. Also, I miss typed on the bill, which was only suppose to give me the ability to use military force, which I plan to do if your side tried to attack us. IC: If you keep threatening us, we will have to give you a slight taste by marching into the Kingdom and taking it back by force, don't forget also, that if needed we can always pull Alduria in. -Field Marshal Noventa |

Message | OOC: The first bill is this: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=186772 The second is this: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=194147 I remember the circumstances that we took it in; mind you Luthori took it from us when we were fighting a civil war against an Islamic Caliphate (and would have taken a lot more if it hadn't been pushed back by the Accord), so you can hardly claim Luthori has the moral highground. IC: "You seem to believe that you can threaten worse than tearing our nation apart. In any case, we see no threat in stating we will respond to your threats. You are chasing shadows, Crusader." -Nesi HaMedina Joshua ben Eliezer |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow official national flags of real-life nations or flags which are very prominent and recognisable (eg. the flags of the European Union, the United Nations, Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union or the Confederate States of America). |
Random quote: "To the youth of America, I say, beware of being trivialized by the commercial culture that tempts you daily. I hear you saying often that you're not turned on by politics. The lessons of history are clear and portentous. If you do not turn onto politics, politics will turn on you." - Ralph Nader |
