| Parliament before the war in decent condition: http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Image:Alorian_Parliament.jpg The Parliamentary building is in the condition you would expect of a building that 750 plus men and their employees work in that was also ravaged by the NWO war that still has to function. Parliament will be revamped to it's original glory keeping as much of the old building as possible, and totally protecting any priceless art while restoring that too. A substitute to the Parliamentary building in the form of the Alorian Trade Center owned jointly by Rockygroup Inc and Carlton Enterprises in Libertia will be provided, this building has been volunteered as it has enough room for a very large amount of people. The intricacies of restoring Parliament will be taken care of by the Presidential Department of Federal Building Restoration and Managment and the upkeep of Parliament for the forseeable future will be taken care of by the Department. The restoring will happen between Fedurary 2689 through October 2689, and during this time Parliament will be in session in the Alorian Trade Center skyscraper. |

| Message | No. We are all for putting the parliament building back into tip top condition, but we do not want to use anything owned by anything Rockyfeller. That has to much potential for dirty politics and influence pedaling. We will might outside in the rain if we have to, but not in anything owned by anything Rockyfeller. |
