Message | It's very common for a Head of State to form cabinets. That's his role, and if it isn't the President, it's the Prime Minister who forms a cabinet. I've never seen a country in wich a parliament forms a new government by the way! So if each party can propose a cabinet, why having a President??? Just make the whole Parliament head of state then! |
