Message | The NEP is once against more decreasing in the government's responsibilities. For the first article, if the local governments decide to provide no funding for people with low income, they are going to be left without medical care. Second off, the sale of tobacco does not need to be changed. There is no need to allow local governments to decide if minors too can purchase tobacco. It should either be outlawed or kept the same. |
