Proposed: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in places of employment, with the exception of places that primarily serve liquor.

| Message | Outdoor public area's too. Smoking would not be permitted on beaches. And at this time we do not plan to legislate against smoking entirely. And no I don't have the passing smoking figures for Darnussia, but if they correspond roughly to the U.K (where I live) then they will run into the thousands and will cost the health service billions. |
