MessageJust a couple of small pointers concerning the health of the people.

Smoking is bad; there have been proven studies for this, and it's universal. Therefore, we would like to restrict smoking to private homes and clubs; the less venues smoking is permitted, the more people will be inclined to quit because of the inconvenience of smoking.

The second institutes more restrictions on the sale of tobacco, in direct correlation with the Badaran Health Ministry. Again, another inconvenience which may cause a dip in smoking.

The third is just an addition of more regulations in regards to tap water and general water usage; the cleaner we make it, the better lives we can live.

MessageI've smoked cigars all my life, and its never done me any harm. We would go along with tightening up the regulations over the sale of tobacco, but can't accept the draconian and illiberal restrictions on where and when citizens can smoke. As for the water quality amendment - Al'Badaran water is the best in the world, and we must make sure it stays that way!

MessageIn all sincerity, General, Al'Badara's water is not the best it can be. Water-transmitted sickness still creeps in on some of our citizens, and it must be eliminated. We are just adding more regulations on water treatment as a whole, rather than degrade our water because of it.

General, you may be comfortable with the smoking of our cigars in your own home. However, we must look to the future of this nation if we are to improve it. Smoking, by many studies, has shown to cause health problems; if you don't see them, you are indeed lucky, and may God bless you for it. But we can no longer expose our children and other people to the harmful effects of smoking, direct or second-hand. You are free to smoke in private areas where it's allowed, to whenever you wish; we only ask that you not do so in public areas, where people may be affected by it.

We strongly urge the Al'Badaran Alliance Party to share their views on these issues, and why they choose to vote against...
