MessageI don't support all of this because of the Proposal under Article 2. Education for any one under the adult age should be mandtory, over the adult age voulntearly.

Also, Article 3: Teachers should have rights to discipline children, I would say the schools can set the levels like it is not but it is being watched by the Government.
