If a school wants to adopt a policy that allows school prayers it should be allowed to do so without being forced to be turned into a religious school. Already there are teachers that pray with their students in nonreligious schools. Do not send them to prison like some criminals! |

Message | We just recently passed a bill saying that teacher-lead prayers in schools were forbidden, except in religious schools. We strongly oppose this measure that will cause students to be at the mercy of fanatical teachers' religious convictions. |

Message | "students to be at the mercy of fanatical teachers' religious convictions" You seem to mistaken a prayer with a rape or armed assault. This is not the case it only allows for example Christian students to pray with their teacher if they want to. |

Message | And what happened to the others? They just stay quiet, ashamed, and feeling odd for not being "Christian". |

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature. |
