Right, well it seems as though corporate taxation bring in near to nothing, so we may as well reduce it. I also suggest that we bring both essential and luxuary goods to the same level of 15% |

Message | If we are still running a surplass after these tax cuts, I shall most likely suggest an increase in military spending. |

Message | Oh and if we run a deficit as a result, then we'll have to see what can be cut. I'm thinking HoG and FS first on the chopping block. |

Message | What the hell? You lower taxes for corporations and luxury goods that would mostly benefit the rich and increase taxes on essential goods that will make it more harder for poorer families to survive? We will stand alone in voting against this bill. |

Message | A) Corporations dont pay taxes, they pass them off to the comsumer B) KRP already said that the sales tax of luxury items wasnt bringing in hardly any money C) If we can't build our military then we cant defend the "poor people" that your so concerned about. |

Message | There is no earthly reason why there should be a difference taxation wise between essential and non-essential goods, as apart from anything else doing so not only artificially warps the market, but adds to the actual cost of collecting taxes. I think that we can be proud that we have perhaps the most efficient taxation system in Terra, and well it seems as though we are now running a 100,000,000 surplus, so time for a budget increase methinks ;-) |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
