| The UPK would like the government of Kirlawa to declare Nova Terra a terrorist organization and have the Ministries of Internal Affairs and Justice luanch an investigation into any Nova Terra sleeper cells in the nation. However, we would like to make it clear that wiretaps, even if they are legal, will not be used as they destroy civil liberties and privacy. Nova Terra is basically the second coming of the New World Order. They have been banned in Lodamun, Luthori and Zardugal because they are a threat to national security in those countries. They use violence and terrorism to bring down countries. They threaten our leaders and offer bounties for their heads. They attack our brave men and women in uniform. While not affecting Kirlawa yet, I can guarantee you that they will come after you. That's why all of us in NATO much show a united front against these terrorists. We must stand up to them and fight if attacked. We must let them get the upper hand.
