| We propose a resolution to supply the Lodamun Navy with full data on all shipping in our waters, and to allow them free access for observation and grounded cause searches. (see this Bill http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=247463) We ask that the Foreign Minister liaise with thier Lodamun counterpart to ensure that no unnecessary friction occurs. |

| Message | the LIP recommends that we put our navy on standby just in case Nova Terra tries anything with us. Should this course of action be taken we should tell the Lodamese government of this so our navy is not fired apon. we should also raise our threat level to gaurded and put the *LI (Likatonian intelligance) into action by collecting intelligance on nova terra and be ready for any kind of attack from nova terra. In coclusion: we recomend the navy goes to DEFCON 4 and some destroyers put to patrol The threat level is raised to guarded We put the airforce to DEFCON 4 and get some AWACS in the air as soon as possible We put the coast guard to patrol positions We gather intel on possible attacks on Likatonia by nova terra We cooperate and work with the lodamese navy in joint operations OOC *i don't know the name of our intelligance service |
