MessageDo you have any idea of how much time and money it would take to do that? It would be an incredible inconvenience for all pet lovers and many people would decide not to own pets if you have to register them with the goverment. Not only that but also it would be extremely difficult for the government to check up on every single pet and so all of this work would be in vein.
