DLS has proposed this act to give the individuals of Kazulia more freedom in the economical and the private sphere. To live in a country where you cant choose wich school you want to go to, or to critisize the government is not a good country to be in. That is why DLS is proposing this bill. Proposed: Energy is provided by private, unregulated companies but subsidies are given to those on a low income.

Old value:: It is forbidden to criticize the government, or publish any material that the government does not approve of.
Current: There are laws against the publication of false information, hate speech, and subversive anti-government material.
