MessageOOC: If you're still interested in the monarchy idea RadNats, talk to me on PM sometime... The Kansars were RPed as the legitimate royal family of Solentia when I was the PTIP still.

Messageic: The SRNP has made no secret of their support of constitutional monarchy. We would be willing to support another candidate for the making of the office. As Sarah Belisarius is past the age of child-rearing, and has no children herself, we felt this would make a choice that would not bring in what is, to some, the spectre of a Belisarius dynasty.

We would support someone of the Kansar line, provided that Quanzar did not view such as a pretext to war, as the Kansars do have a legitamite claim to Quanzar, whereas the Belisarii only claim (and do not act thereupon) the region of Terrache.

MessageOOC: I can't remember exact details but I know that our Kansars were descended from the brother of the Kansar with a claim in Quanzar. So I think there shouldn't be conflict, other than the issue of that I haven't updated anything to do with them since a while ago... I'll dig it up.

Messageooc: the whole terra monarchy thing kinda fizzled after awhile, which is fine, but it would be interesting to start it up again.

MessageThe "Royal" House of Kansar
The Erythran Enquirer
Solentia's popular "royal" family has been ridiculed at times for their claims to the "Throne" of our nation, but where are they now? Victor Kansar shook things up in Solentia by claiming he was the rightful monarchy of the nation, supported by then-parties the Present-Time Imperialist Party, the Kansar Royalist Party, the Conservative and Morality Party, and even the royal monarchs of Quanzar. Then a man in his thirties, Victor Kansar is now almost 52, and a grandfather of 3. So who are these "little nobles?"

Edmund Kansar (b. 2679):
The "Heir" to Solentia's "Throne," Edmund Kansar has been known as the most public face of the Kansar family. Edmund was educated in Fuwan, and there met his wife, Alisa Bondarenkaya. They have two children, Clare (b. 2704) and Karl (b. 2707).

Catherine Kansar (b. 2683):
The most legitimately noble of the Kansar children, but even now unable to claim Solentia's "throne" due to her Lutheran religion. Catherine married Heinrich von Rothingren-Traugott, Archduke of Hulstria and potential Emperor there. Their son, Franz, (b. 2703) is potentially the future ruler of Hulstria, but who honestly cares about a nation that far away? Solentia is fine in its little box, just like President Long says!

George Kansar (b. 2687):
Married young to an obscure member of House Belisarius in Quanzar, George is continuing his education in Lourenne. I don't even know where that is!

As we can see, this "noble" family is clearly an unimportant family in Solentia, and their influence in Terra is inconsequential, since Terra doesn't exist. It's a good thing we beat the monarchist movement, if you ask this reporter!

Random fact: It is the collective responsibility of the players in a nation to ensure all currently binding RP laws are clearly outlined in an OOC reference bill in the "Bills under debate" section of the nation page. Confusion should not be created by displaying only some of the current RP laws or displaying RP laws which are no longer current.

Random quote: "The main problem of the left is that it has been traditionally divided and unable to reach agreements between different leftist views, whilst the right has almost always moved in the same direction by giving concessions to different rightist points of view." - Aelius Celer, former Selucian politician
