| This bill may also be referred to as " Protecting Democracy Act of 2794" We the people of Dolgaria understand the dangers of communism and the problems it presents to our economic and governmental system. We further argue that any form of communism, fascism, and socialism are not to be practiced in this country. We are affirming that this is a democratic society ruled by the popular party and this shall not change under any circumstance except if the people consent by a majority vote. Article 1 It is further decreed that any party with a communistic, socialistic, fascist ideology shall not be allowed to participate in a cabinet unless this party has the power to propose a cabinet in which case the party holds the majority of the seats. Article 2 Any laws passed that limits capitalism must be done so without a communistic, socialistic, fascist agenda, but only to aid the economy or governmental system never to limit the abilities of the nation. Article 3 This bill shall become NULL and VOID if forever at any time the people of Dolgaria elect a party that holds the majority seat with communism, fascism, or socialism as their main ideology. Article 4 It is mandated that each party with the passage of this bill must vote accordingly and must keep in mind Article 1 and Article 2 at all times unless at any time Article 3 is met. If Article 3 is ever met this bill becomes void and all bound by this bill will return to the state which they were at before this bill came to be. Article 5 We are reaffirming that no party shall be nominated to a cabinet that has any of the aforementioned ideologies* as their central value unless a majority consensus is reached and agreed to.(This can be done in the debate of the proposed cabinet bill) If this occurs the party may not use it beliefs when exercising a role in the cabinet. And there party is limited to only Two Ministries in the government. * aforementioned ideologies = communism, fascism, and socialism It is NOTED that this bill cannot be enforced it will be passed under good faith |

This bill has no proposed changes to law, it only serves as an agreement to keep communism from spreading without the consent of the people. If at any time the people of Dolgaria want communism, fascism, and socialism this bill will automatically void itself. This bill will limit the abilities of a communist party so that it cannot spread without the consent of the people. I will work to help reach a general agreement I will be willing to make changes just let me know. |
