1. Encouraging young qualified professionals returning to their home areas - regions.

2.2. Tasks
1. It is necessary to ensure the availability of a comprehensive population and understandable information about the child and family affairs of state, local aid available, young people and children free of interest for education and leisure opportunities, as well as adoption issues, sex and a healthy lifestyle.

8. Upgrade the hospital, to ensure speedy and quality treatment.
9. Improve the patient and the doctor of legal relations.

1. Expand the availability of outpatient medical services in cities and regions.
2. Promote hospital services available to older people.
3. Increase primary health care centers of the country.
4. Build a strong and modern regional hospitals.
5. Increase ambulance crews numbers.

7. Develop rehabilitation services for the regions, helping people quickly rebuild its forces and return to work.
