Bill: Income tax proposal of March 2815
Details
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2816
Description[?]:
The Frontier Party propose to adjust the government's income tax policy to better address the economic situation of the Saridani Union. This is a radical change to previous methods, but one that is fair and provides no loopholes. We may have to pair back the budget after this is voted upon, but we can do so, and rest assured we will find that generating newfound wealth will, in itself, increase revenues. |

Message | I wish you messaged me before or allowed debate time for this. 25% is just to high |
Date | 23:11:17, September 09, 2009 CET | From | Party One | To | Debating the Income tax proposal of March 2815 |
Message | At some brackets in the current budget it is 40%. This might explain why there are no persons within Saridan who earn over 50,000SAD. |
Date | 02:45:46, September 10, 2009 CET | From | Libertarian Party | To | Debating the Income tax proposal of March 2815 |
Message | If you propose a drop in the tax rate for the highest bracket and raise in the lowest to balance the budget I will support. |
