Message | No because the rioting is a criminal offence so the police would have the power to disperse the group anyway. |

Message | This is ridiculous. In the event of a riot the police would be able to disperse the crowd anyway. This is just an Orwellian law going in through the back door. Think about it. 'The police may disperse a group if they believe it poses a potential risk to public safety.' If they BELIEVE! This is essentially giving the government power to stop ANYBODY from demonstrating. I could quite easily say that I felt a PPP rally was a potential risk to public safety, and stop all PPP activities. THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE VOTING FOR. |

Message | You couldn't stop a PPP rally because most of us ARE the Police, Military, and well armed Militia. Get a clue, pink-boy! ;) |

Message | The Military and Police are both under my control ;) And the BWA are always at the ready, AK-47s in hand... |

Message | Which is why we need this law so we don't have gun trotting mobs running thorugh the streets. With this the group can be dispurced before they get into force. |
