| Message | We believe that vocational schools and colleges, institutions whose student bodies consist almost entirely of local residents, would be best handled by the local governments themselves. The government will still maintain their own national system of universities, we simply believe that smaller forms of higher education could be left to the governments of the individual Unions. |
