Central Manifesto Part Three - Welfare Legislation

Child Welfare Benefits (CWB): For the sake of CWB laws, a 'low-income family' is any family whose total earnings are no greater than $29,999VAN per fiscal year. For the sake of CWB laws, a 'large family' is any which contains 5 or more children to the same birth parents. Benefits offered are - (1) Birth Bonus: a $2,000 payment to be made to the parents following the birth of their fifth, and any further, child; (2) Yearly Assistance: an annual payment of $1,200 to every low-income family with 3 or more children.

Minimum Income Payments (MIP): Any citizen earning less than $30,000VAN per year shall be eligible for the 30/30 MIP, whereby they shall receive a payment equalling 30% of the difference between their annual salary and the $30,000VAN mark. For example, if Citizen A earns $24,000 per year, the difference is $6,000. Therefore Citizen A will be eligible for a payment equallying 30% of $6,000.
