| Be it enacted by the Council assembled an Act to amend the constitution in order that we may secure a free and prosperous country for each ourselves, with a government of individuals designed to uphold, protect and defend the rights of all individuals within a Confederacy of those individuals and in order that we may at this moment restore the proper functions and limits to the government and the proper rights and responsibilities of the individual citizen. |
