Patenting Software is crazy. We have to ban it. Patents on certain software elements is destroying middle size software companies in favour of big ones, its a monpoly creator. Its more than important in software to have certain equal parts. Patents on Software are no way comparable to Patents on the normal stuff (technology and so on...) |
