Bill: Equality of Rights Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Barletonian Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2856

Description[?]:

We ask for our friends the UPK and the DFM to come together with our new socially liberal majority to reinstate equality under the law for all citizens, no matter the race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic class, ability, or gender. All people must be treated equally; we can not sit back as the religious police attempts to enact their version of Leviticus into law.

And I hope the Democratic Party will join us in our support of civil rights.

MessageThank you all for the multi-partisan support. It is nice to know that there are some issues that liberals and libertarians can unite behind.
