Message | Regarding Article I - this will simply create anarchy. It is wrong that workers should be hauled out of work by their trade union bosses to campaign in matters unrelated to them. It will also reduce the likelihood of a businessman to co-operate with his workers. This is how capitalism works - a businessman does the best for his workers to reduce the likelihood of them going on strike. If he is the best boss in the world, and his workers still go on strike to 'aid' others, directly affecting his business, where is his incentive to do his best for workers? Article II - our legislation has brought calm to the essential services, and has reassured the public. We need to maintain the strike ban to keep our society safe. Article III - this is exceptionally undemocratic. The ordinary working trade unionist will become powerless, and power will pass into the hands of the trade union barons. We urge the GKF to vote with us on this one, or make an abstention, for the sake of Hutori. |

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with. |
